Welcome—I’m Ana Vargas, your partner in personal growth.

I am a first-generation, queer Latina raised in the heart of Washington Heights in New York City and now based out of the Hudson Valley, NY, where I live with my wife and our twins. My experiences and perspectives are shaped by the strength of my Dominican mother and the complexities of family, friends, community, intersectional identities, and ambition. All of these fats of life have taught me one thing above all:
we grow stronger when we choose to move forward, on our own terms.

My favorite mantras?
“Pa’lante, y pa’tra na’ ma’ pa coger impulso.”
