Books That Inspired Me This January- A Sabiduría and Wisdom Selection

One of the ways I support my growth and development is through my booklist. I have been an avid reader since childhood, drawn to both fiction and nonfiction for the unique ways they shape my understanding of the world. Nonfiction teaches me, supports my reflection, and helps me explore new ideas, while fiction offers the opportunity to step into an author’s imagination and witness the complexities of humanity. I also love memoirs—stories of triumph and heartbreak, resilience and renewal, which serve as a reminder that we are never alone in our experiences.

Each month, I curate a new selection of books that align with themes of growth, healing, and self-discovery. I hope these recommendations inspire you as much as they have inspired me. Be sure to check back for future lists! ✨
